My daughter has dyslexia and one of the subjects she struggles with is a math. We have tried other tutoring and it left her feeling overwhelmed and hated going. My 7th grader started tutoring with Mathnasium while they were in the 6th grade. They were struggling with understanding some of the concepts of elementary level math and I wasn't able to help. With Mathnasium' help, my kid scored well enough on their 6th grade math assessments to be placed in pre-algebra in 7th grade. That is essentially a year ahead of grade level expectations. The fastest growing career fields in the United States require a strong understanding of math. Ensuring that my kid isn't left behind early on in math by enrolling them at Mathnasium is an investment in their future and gives them more confidence in class.
