I initially signed up my two girls to strength their grasp of math concept and to be solid with the math of their grade level. That didn’t happen due to the fact they needed homework help often. So, for my family, Mathnasium was more of a drop-in math homework helper, nothing more. If my girls had more time and more summer time, I would have had them continue with learning concepts and practicing, when they didn’t have homework to compete with.
As always...our daughter is doing well in Algebra 2 mainly due to Mathnasium!
Mathnasium is an integral part of my daughter’s education. It is the supplement—-more like compliment—- to her high school math curriculum. Her tutors are very patient and knowledgeable about her teacher’s requirements.
My daughter was really struggling in math. I would find her covering her homework with her hands, she was really embarrassed and stuck. After 4 months at mathnasium she is decomposing numbers in her head at lightning speed. She is no longer embarrassed, and actually confident when it’s time to do her homework. She has moved right into multiplication with ease after struggling to do a single digit subtraction problem. They have taken their time to work at her level of understanding and build from there. I was sticker shocked when I saw the cost of the program, but This was money well spent! Thank you!

Mathnasium is wonderful and explains Common core math to my child since 2nd grade till now 4th grade. She has a 4 in math on every report card. Mathnasium is the most positive rewarding math tutoring method with a wonderful environment that encourages and builds up love for math in my child.

My son really enjoys summer classes. The only thing that can help if your hours are more. From 9-6 and open Saturdays. It can help a lot of other people than just from 2-6 Mon. thru Thurs.
