Mathnasium of Fremont is a superb place for getting kids up to speed on their maths skills or enrich their skills further, if they are so oriented. I believe it is probably 3 kids per instructor so each kid gets proper attention and motivation. Eric runs this place and is very approachable and engaged with the kids. You get extensive reports periodically or you can just walk up to Eric and ask him. My kid remembers the time that he has to come and reminds me to get ready to go. Now that is a first !

After starting to attend Mathnasium our son's confidence in Math has gone up tremendously and he is not averse to discuss Math questions. He look forward to the classes and we like the way the method used in Mathnasium instills the fundamentals. His scores in his school has improved after attending Mathnasium. We enjoy Mathnasium very much. The instructors are patient and work well with children. This is the first program that my son willingly attends.
Mathnesium is a really excellent choice to help out your child in advancing their maths skills. It is a very nice environment with an ideal instructor to student ratio. The instructors are very nice and knowledgeable. The kids are supervised at all times and the instructors are able to give attention to each child, as needed. The owner of the Fremont location, Eric, is very helpful, makes sure that the kids are placed properly placed in a level based on their skills and provides an extensive evaluation every few months to keep you informed of the progress. Mathnesium turned out to be a great place to bring out the maths skills in my child. I am sure that it could do wonders for your kids too.

My son so far comes back home and when asked how the session was he says "Its good" From my son who is very measured in his words, this is high praise. He also has not whined about going to a session even once and (almost...) appears to look forward to it.
Eric and his staff are very professional and helpful with my son; it's easy to schedule appointments and Eric responds to email promptly. I would recommend private tutoring if you want undivided attention.
