While the program does require work and isn't always fun, they really enjoy the instructors and the environment there. As a parent, I am very likely to recommend Mathnasium. My daughter; however, who can be quite anxious in public, is not a fan of having to raise her hand. In fact, children I know who are not anxious in nature and attend Mathnasium, also are not fans of raising their hand. Perhaps for those students it reminds them too much of school.
Overall though and what is most important is the effectiveness and that is apparent at Mathnasium.
The kids are learning great techniques and feeling more and more confident about math everyday. We are very satisfied with their progress.

Sending the kids to mathnasium is helping us being consistent on Math homework and review. It is giving the kids the confidence they need to keep up with the school competition. The kids are told math is a huge thing, they are scared to face this challenge alone. Tutors at mathnasium walk with them, they show them that hard work pays even if the student is not a genius, he has his chance to be with genius in class. It is very stressful for parents to keep up with the school demand, parents also need help from mathnasium, it gives them the peace of mind that their worries are shared and help is provided. I appreciate the report card, the follow up, the personalized binder. Thank you all.
