My neighbor actually recommended Mathnasium. I had seen the facility but did not know anything about the service. I called and got a quick response with a consultation meeting and TESTING for my grandson the next day. We met Crystal and I must say, I was impressed when I walked in the door. The room was full of students of all ages and each instructor had from one to three students at half-moon tables. The students were hard at work and seemed to be engrossed in what they were doing. Crystal met us at the door and was very professional. She started the testing to find my grandson's strengths and weaknesses then she and I met to discuss the program strategies. Being a retired Special Educator, I had a barrage of questions. Crystal answered all my questions to the fullest and explained the testing results. Based on the results, she made her programming recommendations. Her recommendations were very doable and my grandson started the next day. He loves going and he is excited that he is actually understanding Algebra I . He told me he likes the way they teach and for the first time he feels good about his math ability. He told me he didn't feel dumb anymore!!!!!! One on one instruction can NOT be beat!!!! Errors are caught almost immediately and corrected. AND of course, students are praised and encouragement abounds. I highly recommend this establishment if you have a child who needs help in math. The curriculum is based on where the child is and takes him as far as he wants to go. The sky is the limit.

We love mathnasium! My son is just beginning 6th grade. He went to mathnasium over the summer. I didn’t want him to fall behind during summer break. He never complained when I would take him. Even when it interfered with playing. That made me realize what a good job they do making learning fun! Crystal is wonderful. So helpful and kind. She’s always patient and answers all of your questions. We will be back this year, I’m sure!
We have used Mathnasium this summer to get our daughter ready for Algebra II/Trig and she will continue the program into the school year. She does not mind going to her sessions (which is really all I can hope for!) and she is always excited to tell me how many sheets she has completed.

My daughter enjoys going to Mathnasium over her other hobbies and activities. She feels supported and encouraged. The staff seem to really understand what helps her. She honestly wishes she could attend everyday.

My son was lagging behind on his fundamentals and not keeping up with the challenges of 4th grade math. And with only a few sessions, he already feels more confident about tackling math homework and is asking to continue working with Mathnasium!
My child loves going to Mathnasium. We fought with her nightly about her math work. When she goes to Mathnasium she wants to stay longer and do more problems! I believe working problems with manipulative and paper pencil helped my child understand math, rather than looking at a screen and working with a computer.
You're working at Nicholas' pace which I like. I just wish his pace was further along. He seems to enjoy the tutors he works with.

We have had a great experience so far. Our son has made a lot of improvements. He enjoys the tutors as they work well with him. The tutors are always friendly. I hear one of them say hello to him every time I come in with him. It's a very friendly atmosphere where a lot of learning is happening!
Your tutors can spend an hour with my 14-year-old teaching a new algebra concept and she "gets it". The school is not able to do that. They've rescued her from being in danger of failing and losing a spot on her softball team. I am very thankful!
My daughter enjoys attending Mathnasium. She has confidence and assurance with regard to math. She is able to ask questions and receive personal attention regarding the math concepts in which she struggles.
Not only have my son's grades in math have improvement, he understands the concepts better after he works with his tutor. He enjoys coming to Mathnasium because his tutor reviews his homework with him and explains the problems he missed. His confidence and attitude have improved as well.

When I first heard about Mathnasium I heard some exciting good things and was very excited to get started with my 9 year old. He is totally enjoying although he hasn't been in a couple of weeks due to sickness but should return next week. You guys are great..

Phyllis and her team are awesome! Phyllis listened to my concerns with my daughter's level of Math comprehension and we now have a plan to get her on track.
As you know McKenzie is 16, so I am just listening to her. She seems to like coming there and has shown me her progress (on her phone). Her grade is significantly better.
mathnasium has been a great help for my son this semester. he enjoys going and the ease of walking in the door and knowing the staff is ready to help him has been great!

Wonderful experience! My son is always ready to come and get help whenever he has math homework or a test. We as parents feel confident that we can bring him there and knows that he can come in, sit down and start working with someone who can immediately respond to help needed.
