Mathnasium has been great for my child. She struggles in math when it comes to learning new concepts in school. The Mathnasium employees find ways to explain the concepts to her in a way that makes sense to her. I am thankful for Mathnasium and the excellent people that work there.

We were given help immediately on a trial basis and then signed up to start at the beginning of a semester. Help with homework and comprehension as well as fixing foundational holes is exactly what my child was not receiving from his online/computer based class and teacher.
The support and encouragement my daughter has gotten at mathnasium and the blossoming confidence she is getting in math is priceless. The staff are so supportive and friendly and we are thrilled to see the extra lengths that Crystal will go to in order to help our daughter succeed.

The staff and manager, Mrs. Crystal, are extremely helpful and hold a space for the students that is conducive to effective learning. Not only do they implement various math skills, but they encourage the students to feel confident in what they are doing. Just what my second grader needed. Thank you.
Both of my boys were aghast when I told them I signed them up for 3 months of Mathnasium. “But we’re going fine in Math. A’s and B’s”.
‘A little extra practice won’t go astray” I replied.
Physically dragging them just about kicking and screaming from the car, they “suffered” through their first session. Learning that games and incentive prizes were involved, at the conclusion of their first session they asked me when we would be going back for the next session!
Needless to say my boys have overcome the fear and stigma of tutoring and I believe will happily consider tutoring as an option in the future when they need extra help.
Love the Huntsville location. My daughter is doing so well there.
Thus far it’s been a really good experience. The center’s director, Crystal, seems to genuinely care about the wellbeing of each child as does the owner. They take parents concerns very seriously and are willing to go the extra mile for the benefit of the children.
My daughter finally feels comfortable working on her issues with math at Mathnasium. She’s not embarrassed or humiliated to ask for help. This has been a God send for us. We hope to see her math grades improve in the near future as her skills and confidence grow. The staff is excited to be there, engaging with the students and highly knowledgeable.
Wonderful experience! My son is always ready to come and get help whenever he has math homework or a test. We as parents feel confident that we can bring him there and knows that he can come in, sit down and start working with someone who can immediately respond to help needed.

My neighbor actually recommended Mathnasium. I had seen the facility but did not know anything about the service. I called and got a quick response with a consultation meeting and TESTING for my grandson the next day. We met Crystal and I must say, I was impressed when I walked in the door. The room was full of students of all ages and each instructor had from one to three students at half-moon tables. The students were hard at work and seemed to be engrossed in what they were doing. Crystal met us at the door and was very professional. She started the testing to find my grandson's strengths and weaknesses then she and I met to discuss the program strategies. Being a retired Special Educator, I had a barrage of questions. Crystal answered all my questions to the fullest and explained the testing results. Based on the results, she made her programming recommendations. Her recommendations were very doable and my grandson started the next day. He loves going and he is excited that he is actually understanding Algebra I . He told me he likes the way they teach and for the first time he feels good about his math ability. He told me he didn't feel dumb anymore!!!!!! One on one instruction can NOT be beat!!!! Errors are caught almost immediately and corrected. AND of course, students are praised and encouragement abounds. I highly recommend this establishment if you have a child who needs help in math. The curriculum is based on where the child is and takes him as far as he wants to go. The sky is the limit.
My sons enjoy the excitement they get from this program. At first they were very hesitant and shy about the process, but the staff here ensured them that it was ok, and they bloomed. Thanks for everything you guys. They have come so far since joining up with this program.

When my daughter made her first 100 on a math test, the first person she wanted to tell was her Mathnasium teacher. They have helped her test scores and her confidence.
It's a great environment with great people working there. Both our girls (16 & 9) like it a lot! We got great grade-raising results! They keep it fun and great incentives for the kids. Plus, we feel totally at ease dropping our kids off there and running errands.

M6 daughter was able to pull her grades back up because of the help this tutoring group has given her. Will definatly be bringing her back for summer sessions to stay ahead.
