My granddaughter was lacking in Math, that’s when I decided to look around for a math tutoring program. I left a message for Mathnasium and the responded fast. I loved the fact that they gave her an almost 2 hours math test to see in wish areas she was lacking. The main goal of beginning the program was to build my child's confidence in Math. She is feeling more confident in class and beginning to participate and ask questions. While we still have much work to go, I can see real progress.
I think Ms. Vy is great with my son. She responds quickly if I call with any questions. My son is being taught really well and he seems to be happy with the different tutors he has had.

My son has confidence now in his math skills. There is no more anger when doing homework because he understands the concepts. He, actually, looks forward to his tutor time. He has always placed in the Gifted & Talented program. His grade at the end of 6th grade was a "D." Now, in 8th grade taking Geometry, he has an "A."
Very organized program and very friendly staff and owner. Kids are loving it!
Everything was explained to us how the center operates, my daughter is making great progress, I am sent an evaluation of how she is doing and the staff is friendly.
My 11 year old daughter really struggles with math and she hated the idea of needing a tutor, even fought with me on the subject. After the first few days at Mathnasium of Perry Hall, she informed me that she is ok with the tutoring after all because no one stares at her while she works and no one makes her feel bad if she doesn't understand. The style of tutoring works well and after our session is up we will definitely come back as needed through middle & high school!
Teacher very nice and very flexible schedule:):) I have to be late because of my son school bus late but they were understood and move the time back for us :):) my daughter love this place so far:) and I hope she get better on her math too :)
My 13 year old son, who will be an 8th grader Fall 2017, continues to be more confident with his math skills. We have been with Mathnasium for 1 year now and he has gone from a 3rd grade level to a 6th grade level. He never complains about going to his tutor & likes the reward program. No more frustration with math homework. Hallelujah!!
My son has been a student at Mathnasium for 8 months and he loves it still. He looks forward to going and it is a priority for him. He uses the skills he's learned at Mathnasium - which augment and support the local public school math curriculum - often as calculation has become second nature for this now 3rd grader. He likes to demonstrate his mastery of addition especially when he beats me at games like UNO- counting the points he wins from me rapidly and correctly!
My daughter is now not afraid of math and is doing well in the subject. Vy and all of the tutors there are wonderful.

My son is a 7th grader. He seemed to struggle some with Math but I never realized it was a problem until it was reflected in his grades in 6th grade. Since being tutored through Mathnesium he no longer complains about Math or Math homework. He enjoys going to the tutor and is excited when he understands a concept. Mathnasium is terrific! I think what makes your location stand out is your employees. Each tutor and the manager, Kristen, is upbeat, responsive, and responsible. You have a clear enrollment system set up and kids can get right to work. I love getting the updates on the colorful chart by e-mail. My son can also see how he is doing.
