Mathnasium provides a customized learning plan for each student based on a standardized assessment, and they can customized it further based on input from parents and student. We used Mathnasium for most of the school year and we were frequently adjusting his learning plan to better support the curriculum from his school. He finished the school year with a score of 97.

In as little as 4 months my son has gone from marginal grades to all A's in Math. His initial Mathnasium assessment identified some basic skills that he had not mastered yet, and thus was making it harder to solve higher level equations. His learning plan included workouts that basically exercised a basic skill through repetition. He is now all A's in math and very confident in himself.

I'm very happy with mathnasium. At the beginning of the year my son was barely passing math at school. Low 70s now, only 4 months later, he is at a mid B! My daugther has improved just the same. Your team has help our kid gain more confidence on the work process; they are able to explain well detail the problems and how to solve them but most interesting is that you are able to manage a one on one class. your team member might have an small group but the attention is there on personal basis
Mathnasium is the single best thing you can do for your child. Don't wait for them to fall behind, be proactive get them there early and build a foundation that will serve them the rest of their life. Math skills are directly related to strengths in other subjects. Expect high scores on everything when their Math is strong. 4 years with Mathnasium and I don't regret a penny spent on it.
Not only has her grade improved, her teacher has noticed her assessments for the Star test have as well. Her teacher said, “whatever you are doing keep doing it because it’s working”. My daughter enjoys going which is super important. I’ve never had to drag her to go either. I find the pricing the most affordable when you compare that you can take them up to 5 times a week for one monthly price. The price is a lot less expensive, per hour, than most of the other options, if you take advantage of going more than once per week. I like that they are constantly accessing where she is so we know, and this is helping encourage and promote her self esteem. She sees for herself that she’s improving and she’s mastering concepts.
