We have only been there a few times but our experience so far as been great. Our son is getting the help he needs with math and in an environment that he enjoys.

My child has not been attending Mathnasium for very long, so I don't know yet how it will impact her math work during the school year. However, she has been very positive about attending Mathnasium so far and I think it has helped remind her that she is very capable in math. Having a good attitude about learning is so important, so in that regard I think that Mathnasium has been very helpful.

My son has a lot of catching up to do with his algebra, and there will be a long road ahead with advanced math as he enters high school and it only gets harder. He was enrolled at a competing tutoring company for more than a year. They were very nice there, but when they moved to a location that was inconvenient for us we were referred to the Mathnasium nearby. We feel extremely lucky that it worked this way, because we have found The Mathnasium to be a superior environment. The fact that one can walk in at any time during open hours is extremely convenient, versus having to schedule appointments. The open classroom is very conducive to learning, especially with the multiple tutors who continually sit with all students to help them individually. My son likes all of the tutors, and especially likes the help that he gets from Joe. The ongoing oversight of Stephanie, the director, helps to ensure that everything works like a well-oiled machine. The fact that the Mathnasium specializes in math, only, makes a lot of sense. Instead of being "jacks-of-all-trades," they are masters of math, which is what we need! I've been surprised, but happy, to hear my son comment about the positive experience that he is having as he learns at the Mathnasium. Thank you!

My 14-year-old son was only able to go to Mathnasium for the month of August this summer. I expected him to argue about going, but on the contrary, he is already planning to go again next summer. (His decision.) He says that he WANTS to go for all three months of summer though, not just for one month. The fact that Mathnasium fostered self-motivation is HUGE, because we were never able to do this at home. Thank you!
