My son feels like he's coming to be with friends after school when he goes to see Mark and Jordan. I struggled to get him to do math for years online or with me on paper - always a very frustrating experience. He needs a lot of practice before a concept will stick, and at Mathnasium he does just that. He gets support from experts in teaching and in math who have amazing patience. My son gets through his math homework and gets extra practice on key concepts to solidify his math foundations. He's so proud that he earned his Mathnasium mug!
My son started at Mathnasium a couple months ago after he suffered an injury and fell behind. Not only did they help him get caught up and raise his grade, but they made it all a lot less stressful. The tutors are great and he really enjoys the atmosphere, which is great because it was a struggle getting him to engage with a private tutor.
This is our second year with Mathnasium. The instructors create a fun and stress free environment for learning - my son works at his own pace and the team ensures that he fully masters each skill set before moving forward, building a strong foundation. The team at this location in particular are incredibly skilled, kind and patient. For us, this program has been an important supplement to the standard curriculum and our son's grades are reflecting his increased confidence with math. Thanks guys!

Our son actually really enjoys going to Mathnasium. It is not a battle to get him out the door. It is a very encouraging environment that works with a reward system, as long as he completes his work. We find his confidence has improved, he says he likes math now and he openly shares what he has learned.

Ben feels welcome at Mathnasium, and actually enjoys his time there. He has been practising and practising, and slowly mastering new skills. I would never have had the patience or the insight to be nearly as effective with him, so I'm very grateful to Mark, Jordan and the whole team in the Beaches.
So far a great experience with results
Our son is in grade 4 and attends Mathnesium at the Beach three times per week. In his last report card he received A in math and the teacher's comments praised his understanding of math concepts and his ability to solve problem independently. Mathnesium gets all the credit for his progress and for his new found love for math.
I cannot praise the team of instructors enough - they are all personable, great motivators, follow an excellent methodology, teach the right technique and give helpful tips. Most importantly, the ambiance at the center is fun and inspiring to the point that my son considers Mathnesium to be his favourite extra curricular activity.

Nyla has really come to enjoy her visits to Mathnasium. The sessions give a nice balance between math work and fun for the kids. As parent I really appreciate the feed back from the instructions and the reports I receive at the end of each of her sessions. I love the place. My daughter really loves it. My only issue with the place is the toxi parfum smell. It is very strong and it so healthy but aside from it I will recommend it to my friends.
The staff take the time to get to know the kids, how they learn best, and are great about giving feedback along the way. It's a friendly place and I'm glad it's in the neighbourhood.
Our children love going to mathnasium. Not only are they learning new concepts in math but they are also having lots of fun.

I really appreciate the one-on-one teaching and how the teacher's engage with my son. It's not all about math. The instructors make it fun.
The thing that makes Mathnasium for is how awesome the teachers are. They are not only enthusiastic about math, they are cool dudes. They share interests with my kids and can chat with them about it too. It makes it seem less like tutoring and more like hanging out...with learning math. It's awesome.
Mathnasium helped my daughter a lot with her math problems. This a new way of learning and enjoying math at the same time. All of instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and have the proper skill in teaching kids how to solve a math problem.
Mark and Jordan have seemingly infinite patience with my son, who feels motivated to go to be a Mathlete and is starting to gain some fresh insights into math. He feels welcome there, and that they are genuinely trying to help him - he doesn't think I am!
