My teenage son never complains about attending his sessions! He knows they are beneficial for him. The teachers are all dedicated and just know how to handle kids of different ages.
Our daughter was severely falling behind in math, having moved from Montessori to traditional school in second grade. Finally, at the beginning of fifth grade, we found Mathnasium. It has been a lifesaver. Paul Y. is an amazing teacher, and our daughter blossomed with his instruction. She's much more confident, not only in math, but in all other subjects as well. We are forever indebted to Paul and Mathnasium.
My child continues to love Mathnasium after beginning over 4 years ago!
Our son was below grade level in math until he started working with the wonderful staff at Mathnasium. He is now on grade level and math is “making sense”.

Great staff, and great concept. I like how the classes or twice a week and you don’t have to do anything at home. I like how they keep track of everything, keep the parents and keep the kids motivated. Best of all, they have a free trial to you see if you fit with the program. Unfortunately other math programs do to not have this option
I feel good that our child can get the help she needs whenever math gets tougher especially in higher grade . I also did not hear a word about "I hate math" I just don't get it at all... she likes math now . I used to feel so bad when I hear her saying those word, I know she is in agony ,when it comes to math , she works hard I can see that but she just can't get it, I am glad that we got this help for her. So We salute to those who help her. THANKS...
One month in, and so far so good. My son likes the tutoring sessions and looks forward to coming to the Center, it's a great change. Let's see if it translates into better performance at school and in his overall attitude towards math.

The majority of the teachers were warm, friendly, and extremely encouraging. My daughter used to cry about math and math homework but she was always excited to go to Mathnasium and often asked to stay for extra time! Thanks for helping my daughter to feel better and more confident about math!
Great environment. Teachers are very qualified and great with the kids. They get a lot of good studying done during the sessions. It has helped by middle schooler with his advanced math course at school immensely and above all he doesn’t complain going to Mathnasium! However, it would be helpful to not overbook teachers with too many students ( that happens during some weekday evenings) to help students present to get the most out of the sessions.
Structured curriculum and ease of participation are the best features.
Staff is very friendly and welcoming! My daughter is very shy and not very "math confident". She LOVES it there - is always excited to go and asks to stay later. Thank you so much!
Our daughter loves it and that's a small miracle with anything related to math.
Last week her teacher sent us a note: Fanya got an A on two math quizzes--clearly mathnasium is making a difference.

Arup and his staff are very attentive to both parent and student needs. My child continues to enjoy attending the Rockville Mathnasium location.
On another note, we recently went to the beach for vacation. During a visit to a restaurant my child's face became so bright and she exclaimed to me, "Daddy, look, it's a Mathnasium commercial!"
As she enters middle school this Fall, we hope that her energy and focus remain with her regular sessions at Mathnasium.

The level of teaching is excellent so I have already referred you to colleagues but you have to improve the scheduling system which has deteriorated. The system should allow for scheduling a month in advance.
Thank you so much for your compliment. We understand your concern about our new scheduling system. Keep in mind you can always give us a call to help scheduling a month in advance. We ran into many issues with the old system, it would not flag parents who had not paid for sessions for months. This platform gives us more control over knowing who is scheduled over the upcoming month.

The scheduling process has been a challenge. I have given up on using the new mind body app because I can't figure out how to schedule multiple students at once.

We just try to unlock a deeper understanding of math through our customized Mathnasium curriculum!
My son was getting ready to take his HSPT test last fall, and Mathnasium was terrific!
I would definitely recommend mathnasium. It is great and my daughter loves it. She now likes math much more and I can see that she is understanding it.
