My daughter is 6th grade and when we initially came few months ago she was around 4th grade level in math. She didn't like math and didn't feel like she was good at it.
In the past few months she got so much better. She likes math and her grades improved dramatically. But most of all she feels like she CAN and it trickled to all her other subjects. She's not feeling empowered and more confident that she CAN do things, and she's striving for improvement and not perfection. Thank you all for supporting our family! Klara.

I know there are review sessions but would like it if Mathnasium had a standard monthly or weekly update on current topics the Kid is learning and practicing.

Both my kids are thriving at mathnesium. They like the structured environment, the process by which mastery is measured and the excellent tutors at the center. From a parent's perspective, we see a clear improvement in the kids school grades and their confidence in their math skills.
Mathnasium is truly amazing. They put effort and care into making sure each and every student learns and my son loves going there. All the instructors are very friendly and helpful and Jack is especially a very knowledgeable center director who has helped develop schedules and goals for my son to succeed.

My children enjoyed both in-person and online lessons I would especially like to thank Jack Center Director of Germantown Mathnasium,who is genuinely interested in helping children and improving their math skills.
His design of the "Math Summer Camp" is fantastic, and my kids loved it; they can't stop talking about what they learned and how Mr. Jack and his team of instructors, especially Ms. Michelle, who helped them understand complex Math and STEM ideas. Furthermore, when we discussed my children's summer goals, Jack worked with us as a team to help my kids over the summer to prepare them for their next grade level and review old concepts as well. I had first-hand experience with my kids transitioning from the "On Grade" to the "Accelerated" Math program at their school. They have improved their MCAP and MAP test scores.

My child loves going to Mathnasium. The instructors teach the concepts well and make sure the children have excelled the topic before sending them to the next level. The material is not repetitive like most other programs. The best part about Mathnasium is that there is no homework. Everything is completed at the center hence my child doesn’t feel pressurized. The communication with parents is excellent! They go over your child’s learning plan and show you your child’s progression. The only thing I would really like is a way to see her folder once a week without going in to class and disturbing other children.
My daughter is doing so well. She is up 20 points with her MAP testing. I can't thank you enough.
My son looks forward to his class and says that it helps him with new concepts and also reinforcing his math skills learned at school. He enjoys learning math much more now!
