I am so happy with Mathnasium this summer. Both my boys love to go, never give me a hard time like other camps or homework courses. The staff is so positive and motivating and they give me regular feedback on the progress they make. I have been telling a lot of people about it, I will continue into the school year. I could not do this type of work at home.
My daughter, Kristina, has been working with Keirsten the last 4 or 5 classes. She gets in the car and goes on and on about what Keirsten taught her that day, and how easy it is... The staff and teachers are wonderful. The only problem is that it is hard to commit to the 8 hrs a month with all the other activities children have . It would be nice if it were only 4 hrs a month to commit to and add other hours if people needed too. But 2 hrs a week is a lot due to many sport commitments Otherwise it is wonderful. But if children can get help from their teachers after school and not commit to 8 hrs ,I can see the benefit of that.
My kids love it! Teachers are very sweet and while they are learning math they are also learning to like math and my son now knows a magic trick! Great place...thank you.
