As a mom, I really liked the Mathnasium for my daughter. The issue we had was that she developed a fear of math. Her resistance to go is what stopped us from coming. I am working with her to dissipate her worries, but the battle is constant since all everyone says at school is how much they hate math. It is a flawed perspective. Math is very benign and friendly and nothing in our material world would exist without it. My apologies for our discontinuation. I have recommended your business to others and continue to support the Mathnasium.

We loved Mathnasium. I loved the 10 week flexible summer program where we paid for 10 weeks and we could use it when we could. I wish you had a little more flexible plan like that in the school year. For example, either a punch card (like $25 for 1 hour of help) or 10 weeks flexible but have to use by an expiration date like 3 or 4 months from the date issued or something reasonable for you and the customer. I really want to join but Alex can't commit to come 3 times a week to make it worth it for us. Maybe we could commit to twice a week at a discounted price? Let me know what you think.
