My daughter deals with chronic medical issues and unfortunately misses much on-site class instruction. Even when her attendance is good at school, she struggles with the concepts. She does not like adding appointments to our week. so initially it was a bumpy start up to come in. After a couple of months she has completely changed with that and makes sure her next week appointments are set. She has been able to grasp concepts much better with the Mathnasium instruction, the work takes less time as a result, and tutors are there to answer her questions as she is working with the material. She also remarks that the staffs approach and demeanor does not make her feel anxious to ask questions and she truly enjoys attending the facility.

My daughter’s frustration level with math has greatly improved. It’s also nice that she can receive homework help as she has been learning virtually since August 2020x
I'm very impressed that the mathnasium staff has managed to keep my daughter engaged and learning, she doesn't even complain about going twice a week. She's said many times that she wishes school taught this way because mathnasium makes it so much easier to understand.

The hours are very flexible. When the classroom was shut down because of covid19 I had no issues with suspending payment for that time.

Both of my children have benefited from Mathnasium. Our local center has worked with each of my kids, helping my daughter with advanced work and helping my son master grade-level work. We've recently been using Mathnasium @ Home, and we are very pleased with the results!
I have great experience when my kids can physically go to their center. With it being online I have been very disappointed! I feel like it’s a lot of money when they only get a few minutes of instruction time.
However, pre pandemic I would give a 10! But, I can’t give a high recommendation for online tutoring.
