They have been helpful and scheduling has been easy. They teach a different way of doing math but it would be great if we can also link how the public school teaches. Public school requires the kids to 'show the work' and I can feel like kids can struggle with this

I love our place- the kids are finally enjoying a math program and the staff is simply amazing- very knowledgeable, educated and warm.

The only reason why I'm dropping to a 9 is because of the parking situation. Pick-up/ drop-off is a NIGHTMARE and sometimes I don't even want to bring my daughter because I don't want to get aggravated. If I was giving this review immediately after drop-off, it would have probably been a 2.
It would be nice if there was a little more communication to the parents to not pull K-turns in the pizzeria parking lot. It's dangerous and it really clogs up the road. It's less than a quarter mile to Roosevelt to go around the block. It would also be great if the parents would pull all the way up to wait. If someone pulls out, move up to make room. I wish this was encouraged by the center more as this is something we experience pretty much every session we attend. I feel awful for the residents of Longview who are just trying to get home and three SUVs are making K- turns and nearly running into each other. Last year we were pretty fortunate with weather, but I don't even want to think about what's going to happen if there's snow on the road.
We like the customised study binder and instructors involvement, enthusiasm and encouragement in reinforcement of Math. We see amazing improvement in our kid.
My daughter is making strides. I can't wait for feedback from her math teacher to see if improvements are noticed.
