We live in TULSA Oklahoma and my kids go to Mathnesium there but I was visiting my family in Atlanta. Mathnesium of Swanee were kind enough to take my girls for a short time while we were visiting. My kids loved it. All the staff helped my kids settle in and made math fun.
My daughter was struggling in math in the eighth grade. We decided to try out Mathnasium and within six months she was Improving much faster than we expected.

Mathnasium is one of the best gifts I have ever given my granddaughter. Before Mathnasium she hated math and was making zero progress. After one school year session in Mathnasium she is not only performing above grade level, she has also started to actually enjoy math.
Our children, who have been to Aloha math, Math Monkey, and private tutors, have said repeatedly that Mathnasium is not only their favorite of their math extra-curricular experiences, but that it is hands-down the most fun! The small groups (not more than 2-3 students) and creative format are great for them. After the very first class, they left asking when they could return and NEVER protested a "math day" when we were going to classes.
As a parent, I appreciate the staff's commitment to matching school requirements to their lessons - and most importantly - meeting with us at any time to discuss progress. Also, the fact that the kids can work on actual homework during part of their Mathnasium sessions is a HUGE help and time saver during the busy school day!
Mathnasium was a huge help for both my son and daughter. They are great. My only problem with Mathnasium is the cost.
