Although our 13 year old defines himself by his dislike of math he rarely complains about going to Mathnasium - and when he does complain it seems mild, like he's just trying to maintain that identity. That may seem like a backhanded compliment, but it really is significant.

Our son has really enjoyed his time at Mathnasium in Lindon! Setting up appointments are very easy, and it seems that he is enjoying his time there! I would like more updates on his progress, but already he seems less stressed about the prospect of math the next grade year.
My daughter has been in Mathnasium for a little over a month. She absolutely loves going ever time. She does not see it as class or school - which was one thing I was worried about. I don't like the yoga music. I think it is more supposed to be true classical. Get someone who knows music to pick the right kind for thinking and study.

I love that there is one-on-one help for the students and that they can progress as quickly as they want.
In as much as my son's dislike of math, the friendly tutors help him so that he doesn't refuse to go.
So far my daughter is having a good experience and is getting more confident when it comes to math.
My two youngest kids started Mathnasium about a month ago. When I went in for my daughter's parent/teacher conference a couple of weeks back, her teacher said that my daughter had been doing really well in math. She was even showing the other kids in her class (2nd grade) how to do math problems. It's been a huge confidence boost for her!! And both of my kids love coming. Who knew?
My daughter was struggling so much with math she was having panic attacks...her mathnasium experience has changed everything for the better..now she looks forward to math!!!
Although Kameron is not always excited to go to mathnasium, he's always in a better mood when he comes out. He is quite a bit behind but already we can see is a bit more confident in math and that is amazing!

Perry and his staff are amazing! My son actually reminds me daily to take him to Mathnasium! It's a great program and we have noticed such a difference in my son. His confidence is high and he is excited about learning again! I can't say enough good things about Perry! So grateful we gave Mathnasium a try!
