Like the staff and owner. Located in good location where I can get errands done while kids are in session. Like that the waiting area has wifi and chairs for parents to work while waiting.
I appreciated the fact that my son didn’t bring home math worksheets to complete at home. My son loved the incentive prizes. I also appreciated the progress reports. He did very well this semester in math receiving an “A” grade, but more importantly, he regained his confidence.
Great flexible schedule that meets ours. Nice facilities, great teachers. Our Kid loves it!
My son really enjoyed himself at Mathnasium Almaden, learning trigonometry and doing number sense problems. The instructors were wonderful. This center definitely provides a positive and nurturing environment for kids to do Math.
My daughter has had three different subs since she started this school year. Apparently the full time teacher is on a leave of absence. Without Mathnasium I fear she would fall far behind due to her schools disorganization and lack of professional instruction. Thank you for filling a gap I am unable to help her with!

My 10 year old daughter has been attending weekly for almost 4 months. She goes 2-3 times per week by request! She has met with many of the instructors and seems to enjoy working with them all. They encourage her and challenge her. She has a specific learning plan and I get a daily report of what they have worked on. Her overall confidence and ability in math has improved and it is beginning to show at school this year. I have found the instructors to be patient, friendly and kind. The owners, David and Jennifer, are present and available. One of them is always on site and during summer when they were on vacation, we were given ample notice and a plan for their absence. Communication and customer service are suburb! Overall, I believe it is an excellent program!
My daughter really seems to enjoy the program and likes the instructors. For me, the content is good. I was appreciative of the progress report.
The one thing that I will say is that she hasn't gotten to play games with any of the instructors and I think that is because she is shy and afraid to ask. It might be nice if they asked her at the end of her session. I think that would help make things funner.
My daughter is learning a lot and is much more confident in her math skills. She also asks to go to Mathnasium, I never have to tell her she needs to go. I highly recommend Mathnasium!

My daughter hates math but loves going to Mathnasium. I am hoping that with those feeling the success she gains here will change her mind and build her confidence so math won't be a challenge but a strength. In the short two months she has attended regularly I have seen so much growth and I am very excited for her and the progress she is making.
My child really likes going. And I proactively got feedback on how my child was doing... interest level, engagement or not.

Our kid loves everything about Mathnasium. He feels very confident in Math and has excelled in class. We love the hours flexibility and can take our kid to Mathnasium any time during the open hours.
This program has completely changed my daughter's view and confidence in math, honestly, it's hard to put into words the tremendous impact this has had on Leah. I cannot express more candidly about David and Jennifer's dedication to helping young folks in this area.
Leah now genuinely loves math and has told me on numerous occasions that this is now one of her favorite subjects.

Our son has always struggled with math. He started Summer school and a few days in we knew it wasn't going to work for him. One hour a day, 6 times a week, and he has understood more than he did all school year and in summer school. Your tutors are great and he's not complaining anymore about going in. He actually enjoys it.
So far I do think your program. both my kids are saying their work is to easy. I know its still early in their program but I plan on reaching out to the director with my concerns.

My daughter struggled with math in her freshman year of high school until we reached out to Mathnasium. She went from a D grade to a B in less than one school year. Mathnasiaum helped her with homework, but more importantly, the tutors at Mathnasium helped teach the foundational concepts that will continue to help my daughter's further learning. Mathnasium provides targeted assessment, proactive tutoring, and the outcome that we dreamed of!

It's been Very good. One thing I like to add is the number the instructor gives for their effort (#2, or #3) onto the daily half sheet report. That indicates how focused Jackie was while she was there. Other than that,I'd like to see mathnasium open on Sat. 😀
