Customer Testimonials
We’ve only been at Mathnasium one month but so far so good. My daughter really enjoys her time there. Thanks.
We love the extra math our son gets and he loves coming!
Simple comment... My kids are excited to learn Math skills!
Both my children love coming to the center. My daughter has struggled with math for several years. Dince coming for the past month she has shown increasing interest in math at school and at home.
Kids love going look forward to being challenged
My daughter loves going to Mathnasium.
Yesterday, after a month of twice-weekly visits at Mathnasium, my daughter told me that the math she worked on was "EASY". For months, she was avoiding math, altogether, so to hear her say something like that about her abilities was wonderful. She may be working on foundational concepts that are a bit easier for her, but it is absolutely the right path for her. Thanks!
My kids enrolled about 6 weeks ago and they love going!!! Especially my daughter! I’ll be able to notice if it helps academically once school starts but I think it’s getting them more focused and excited about math. It’s helped me become aware of my sons weaknesses. The staff are friendly and seem caring! So far so good, I have already told my friends about it!
Everyone there has been very helpful and welcoming. I appreciate that because I have been at places where this does not happen and we've walked out as quickly as we've walked in.
Love the flexible drop off schedule. My son has begun to enjoy math.....finally!
The attention and the environment is great. My daughter love going for the practice. The motivation is outstanding.
My son likes going and feels very accomplished and organized after his sessions.
Mathnasium was an amazing addition to our son’s summer. He loved going and enjoyed the atmosphere and learning new skills.
My daughter really enjoys math and does well in math at school. I’m convinced it is because of her summers at Mathnasium.
Very pleased with the staff and support at Mathnasium.
Very nice place! Promotes a great attitude towards learning.
The instructors have made it "kind of fun" according to my math-hating student. My other child, who is less math-resistant, gave similar feedback. They enjoy the star cards and the motivation to keep going through the units to earn a prize of their own choosing.
I am giving a positive rating because of their classroom experience and my positive experience with the friendly center directors/asst. directors.
I do, however, think it would be far better for the parents if the assessment cost was indicated on the website's homepage since it does say the first thing you do is assess each child. We were taken aback by the cost - especially since we weren't even warned about the fee once we were at the center and our children were being led away. The monthly cost is high compared to many other activities - you'd think the assessment would be built in to get you started, or at least apply the cost to your first month of class when you decide to enroll.
My daughter LOVES going to Mathnasium!
Your request for feedback is timely. I was just looking on your website for a way to share how impressed I have been with your organization. The staff are fantastic, the ambiance is nurturing, and the curriculum is working! The incentive-based, positive approach is an effective way to engage children. The general "good vibe" that you have in the office - from positive instructors, to soothing music to learning-is-fun banter - seems particularly conducive to learning. We are glad to have discovered Mathnasium and are certain it will help our son not only improve math concepts but also establish good study techniques across subjects. In particular, I want to call out Zaira Ortiz for her outstanding work. She is incredibly generous with her patience, time, and knowledge. She is such a wonderful influence on the kids and a great role model for positive cognitive outlook - (a predictor of academic success!). Great hire!!!
My daughter was not looking forward to coming to do math over the summer. But her month at mathnasium was motivating and fun! She enjoyed working with the teachers and keeping her math skills up while off from school. She never complained about going and was always happy to spend her time earning prizes for completing her work. We are
confident that she will ease back into school and keep her math scores consistent where they were at the end of the school year due to her work at mathnasium over the summer.
My children were not so thrilled about mathnasium because of math. However, once they started going, they actually really enjoyed it and are looking forward to going. I can tell their confidence in math has boosted. I have driven by the center all the time since they opened but never thought about sending my children. I am so glad we tried. I hope my children will continue with the program.
Our kids love it.
They enjoy going. It's a very positive atmosphere
What a great group of folks. My Son said he would like to hang out with the instructors even if there wasn't any math!
For the first time in my son's academic career (he's a junior) he has confidence in math and has gone from an F to a C in just 3 weeks.
Great atmosphere, kids love it
My daughter is very anxious about math. However, after working with her tutors, she has taken a more positive outlook to math according to her math teacher.
We enjoy the flexibility of drop in time. It's proximity to our house makes your location ideal and my daughter likes the instruction.
So far it has been a great experience. It's early days (my daughter has only attended about 4x) so it's difficult to see the progress. However, I like the way the work is being reinforced and feel very positive about how Mathnasium will make a difference to her Math.
My kids enjoy going there. They said that it's fun and not boring.

Mathnasium makes my boys argue about math problems. They have become passionate about solving math problems, which have often become the topic of conversation in my home. It is wonderful and quite surprising. I would have never, ever, ever, had such a conversation as a child with anyone. In fact, I disliked math more than a soggy sock on a cold day. So all I can say is wow, and thank you!
