It is great to be able to set aside time for my children to work on Math on a regular basis.

Our family has utilized Mathnasium for our middle-schooler as well as our son who's a freshman in college - the wide variety of help is impressive. Both our children have had good experiences and raised their grades. Mathnasium in Champaign, IL is great! Both our kids would and will go back as necessary. They were as satisfied with the experience as we (parents) were.
Instructors were very patient and helpful in working with my 15 year old daughter. They tried to increase her confidence in math by retracting skills of which she had forgotten how to use.
The personalized tutoring my son has received at Mathnasium has allowed him to better understand his math classes, thus doing better on his homework and his exams. An added benefit is that this has relieved much stress in our household, since he is more confident when math due dates and exams come around. After struggling with an incompetent math teacher at a private all-girls school we went to Mathnasium for help and got it--Mathnasium tutors gave one-on-one instruction that focused on explaining how the math worked and then working through problem areas. Now our soon to be high-schooler is again happy and confident and able to do any and all kinds of math. Thank you!

We had a very good experience. When Daniel and I came in, James greeted us with a smile. He was incredibly helpful. His kind and assertive manner was wonderful. When I had problems throughout the summer,he was ALWAYS able to accommodate me. He along with Ms. Rain and Mr. Giuseppe helped Daniel through the summer. Daniel spoke very highly of his teachers. They were extremely helpful to him. Their dedication to him was unbelievable. Daniel passed Geometry with an A this summer. I have been recommending Mathnasium to all my friends. Thank you sooooooo much for your interest in my child's future.

In a surprisingly short time my daughter has been able to focus on longstanding fundamental math issues overlooked and ignored by both public and expensive private school curricula. She is slowly overcoming phobias and extreme anxieties/insecurities around math. I'm afraid it might take a while to dispel these emotional damages completely. I'm still hoping though.

Sean is a fantastic teacher and really cares and understands kids who are bright and want to do well, but who might have areas of weakness in their learning profile. Most importantly, he's has given our son confidence and made Math tutoring a fun and overall positive experience.
