Our daughter was very resistant to any kind of tutoring, until a friend had joined Mathnasium for the Summer. After a month our daughter enjoys going and her skills have improved.

It took a while for my Granddaughter to get to a place of confidence and noticeable change/understanding that Mathnasium was actually helping her but when it finally showed, it was so amazing. The change in her self-esteem and the light of her confidence was amazing! Of course, now she thinks she is no longer in need of going BUT you can bet she will be continuing! :)
Chris runs a top-notch program. Very open to listening to concerns from clients, understands our concerns and even agrees with us. Not just there to pull in the money but work with each child's strength and weakness. An additional item I would like to mention is Chris himself makes sure, at least in our case to not let our younger one leave the building without him walking out the door and make sure to see us waiting in the car for her. This is so great & appreciated!

My son LOVES going to Mathnasium each week. He went from a C in math in 7th grade to an A in 8th grade. We are so thankful we enrolled him in Mathnasium!
My granddaughter has gained valuable experience in Mathnasium. She was behind due to Covid and homeschooling, so we decided to look into this program after the social lifts were put in place. Although it took a little time, she has come far, and we are very happy with Chris and his Team for all their help! My granddaughter seems to be heard and helped in a manner that works for her, where in the schools they tend to stick with one way of teaching, which isn't right for everyone!

My son was not doing well in math having been a transfer student in the 5th grade. Over the summer he attended Mathnasium for 14 sessions and went from 65% understanding to 86% understanding. He is now thriving in 6th grade math. Very pleased with our experience.

Our daughter loves math, despite some of the struggles she had with a certain concepts. She never backs away from a challenge, one of the traits we admire her for. I know she is enjoying her time learning and challenging herself. Mathnasium is giving her the tools she needs to overcome those challenges. She really loves coming every week. It’s apparent when she tells me she wants to stay longer and work through two more sheets of problems. Honestly, seeing the joy it brings her is awesome, could not ask for anything more. Great team of people working with the kids!
My daughter has struggled with math and felt like she could never catch up with her classmates, but since coming to Mathnasium, she is feeling much more confident and is finding math to be understandable. She loves going to her appointments, which was a welcome surprise.
This Mathnasium location takes the time to understand where your student is on their math journey, and it meets them right where their difficulties are taking place, regardless of your child's age or specific challenges. Our neurodivergent (mild-mod autistic) student found great success at this Mathnasium, and it came to be a safe learning space for him where he grew in 2-3 grade levels over time but also gained confidence and independence working beside a diverse group of students learning math at their own pace. Very trusted and engaging learning environment, with a huge variety of talented math tutors (geniuses), all overseen by the kind and understanding owner, Chris Johnson. A welcoming math home for any student who wants to improve their math skills.
Our son is really enjoys the helpfulness of the staff and rewards for doing the work. After many years of struggles, he likes math, the projects and solving problems. Chris has been very responsive and helpful. Thank you for the great support and being an awesome resource in our neighborhood.

My daughter came home several times feeling confident about what she was learning and just had to show me. She was actually EXCITED about math! The teachers seem to be very helpful and patient the kids and the positive reinforcement is very helpful!
