We went to Mathansium Carmel Valley for years with our kids. I highly recommend it, as the teachers were very responsive and helpful to the kids. The environment was friendly, and my younger child even ranked going to Mathnasium as one of her favorite activities. Jan is so helpful and accommodating. Thank you for everything!

We opted for Mathnasium instead of the usual summer workbooks this year. The online format twice weekly was a good option due to the Covid pandemic and saved us some driving time. The kids preferred having teachers available for knowledge check and to answer questions. Staff were knowledgeable and attentive. Scheduling was flexible. It was a positive experience all around.

Jan is thoughtful, honest, helpful, sincere and solution oriented. His caring attitude and knowledge has been instrumental to our daughter’s improvement in preparing for her SATs. Throughout this entire process, I (as a parent) have felt guided for my daughter’s best interest; even if it wasn’t Mathnasium’s biggest sale package. Jan our our daughter before sales and consistently offered sincere service. I highly recommend using Mathnasium at Carmel Valley and wish I had known about it when our daughter was in middle school. My son now enjoys doing his math homework because of Mathnasium. Their tutoring system works well with my son’s learning challenges of ADD & dyslexia. The center is organized & well managed, their scheduling tool so easy to use. We plan on continuing with them when my son enters high school. So grateful to Jan & his excellent staff for helping my son improve his mathematical skills & confidence.
Thank you to the entire Mathnasium team for embracing my daughter's interest in math and helping her find an outlet to challenge herself . She was not receiving what she needed out of her math program at school and Mathnasium allowed her to have an outlet to expand her knowledge and move forward in a program just for her !!!

My daughter was initially nervous and a little anxious about math tutoring, but she was hooked after the first session. She willingly attended several times a week. I couldn’t believe that she was willing to do math work for an hour at a time, several days a week. The program is extremely well designed for kids. The entire staff is extremely nice and helpful.
Everyone at Mathnasium was professional and friendly. My son increased his confidence in Math substantially. I think it was a great value for us.
We only did a few sessions at the end of summer but it was a great experience for my daughter to have a small refresh prior to starting back to school.

The staff at Carmel Valley Mathnasium are friendly, accommodating and care about the families and their kids.
The staff and program are terrific. OUr sons truly enjoyed their sessions and felt like they gained a greater understanding of math concepts while improving their foundaton for the school year ahead. It is easy to schedule your time slot at Mathnasium and very nice to get progress reports of skills your child has mastered and ones they are still working on. The system of self directed work and having one on one time with an instructor works very well, as well as having incentives for the kids along the way. I would definitley reccomend the DM Heights Mathnasium to anyone that would like support for their child or just to sharpen their skills and get a jump on math curriculum and concepts.
