He is accessible 24/7, operationally runs a fantastic business model hiring engaged, approachable instructors and is 💯 percent focused on client service and knowing your child is benefitting from the Mathnasium program and methods. Also he is extremely flexible with scheduling and optimizing for the client/family esp with 2 children!
The team at Mathnasium has been a great support to all 3 of my kids from elementary to high school. With the reward card system getting the kids into each session is relatively simple.

We are very happy with the staff, the service, and the teaching content at Mathnasium.
The summer hours are very flexible for my daughter who attends camp. She looks forward to mathnasium and getting her cards. She works towards completing her assignments so she can collect and card. The more cards she has then her prizes are bigger. At the same time she is getting better at her math and confident at doing her assignments. She is going to be ready for 4th grade.
My boys love going and enjoy their instructors!

You provide a kind, caring and motivational environment for kids to improve and learn math skills. There is positive reinforcement and constructive criticism offered and my 12 year old wanted to keep going after a month!

The response to this survey is from your 11 year old customer, after all he is the one who is going through the experience. Mathnasium provides an educational understanding of math and also provides a fun environment with math games which he enjoys.The staff is patient and encouraging. He was pleased to get a score of 100 on his first assessment test so in mom's opinion mathnasium is working!

My daughter was failing 8th Grade math and she was so worried that she wasn't going to be able to graduate and move on to the High School. Within the first 2 weeks, her grade went from a 64 to an 89. She gained more confidence in her math skills and is looking forward to graduation. She will be graduating with a 94. Mike is amazing!!

Mike, the owner of the Glen Rock franchise, is beyond helpful and he truly cares about kids’ achievements. Our kid eagerly goes to math work sessions, we never saw any resistance.
