My child has been attending Mathnasium's sessions regularly now for a little over a year; we started in July 2017. After the initial one hour assessment of my child's math proficiencies (and lack thereof), I was better able to see where my child's weaknesses were, as my child refuses to sit & be tutored by Mom @ home! So we pay for the young, math-proficient, patient, & kind & gifted professionals @ Mathnasium to assist my child for less $$ than a one hour session with an @ home tutor. We attend the Kendall location & I feel very fortunate to have Elizabeth & Jenny @ the helm of our ship. These are two incredibly professional, patient & very intelligent women both w/kids & parents,alike. My hope was that my child would master as best they could certain fundamental lessons in math that I know were just not fully understood or covered in greater depth & my child has been & is. We can see that the math grades are not so far apart from 5th grades bad grades, to 6th & 7th math grades are stable at A's & B's now! My child has been in full-time gifted classes since 1st grade & my child is now enrolled in Alg.I Honors Gifted 7th grade, iPrep, taught at & given h/w @ the h.s. level & it is no joke! My child has always done well in general but we are taking this child to the next level in prep for a STEM future. I was informed that my child was absorbing the Mathnasium work so quickly that they kept advancing my child. Also, the last 15 minutes of the math session can be used for h/w help & this has saved me from extra frustration as my child does NOT listen to mom! My child takes this Center seriously as my child sees other serious kids of different ages taking it seriously. My child actually does not fight me to go to these lessons as they have a fun incentive program for the students to earn stamps and trade them in for small and large prizes for a range of ages. My child's first trade-in of stamped cards was a big Yeti double-insulated drink tumbler. My child is now saving for Amazon gift cards or for a tablet.We are on a Math Roll and it really does take a Village.
I am very happy with my daughter’s progress and her enrichment at Mathnasium. She enjoys going to Mathnasium and they are a true savior when it comes to concepts that are now foreign to me since graduating high school. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience from initial evaluation all through my sons daily interaction with professional and courteous staff. The administrative staff was also a great help in times of hardship and helped in keeping my mathnasium experience posistive. I would recommend this to anyone having trouble in math. A lot of times the cost leads people away however you will end up spending more going with independent tutors, just “Do The Math” no pun intended. Thank You For Helping Kristian make it through his math toubles this year.
My daughter went from distraught to actually learning and enjoying the atomosphere at Mathnasium. She has always done well in math, until this school year. She just didn’t understand the teacher. First time for everything. With her preserviance attending tutoring and the help of Mathnasium she went from a D to an A in geometry and passed her Geometry E.O.C. In the 8th grade. I would totally recommend it. It is worth it!
I actually have already referred my neighbor who came in for the initial meeting, and I think she is going to sign up one of her kiddos after seeing how structured everything is. My teenager seems to not be bothered when say to him it's time to hit the Mathnasium. He actually is planning his own schedule for when to go during his week, and I love the fact that I don't need to have him sit down to do more work at home. No more pulling teeth and nails....that's saying something!
My son when from a C the three semester to A the four semester final grade B and.in only 8 weeks of going there, not only his grade when up he also like to go.

Jenny and staff are extremely helpful as well as genuinely concerned about the kids they tutor. Their progress and achievement is as important to them as it is to the parent.
I have my grandson there for the FSA prep, and so far I have seen learning environment every time I stop by. I have high expectations that the time he is spending there will be in a great benefit for his needs.

My daughter enjoys going to Mathnasium. Although she does well in math, she has significantly improved and excels because of her experience at Mathnasium. I truly believe that she continues to excel because of Mathnasium and their methods. We are very happy, happy, happy with Mathnasium!
