I’ve been using Mathnasium for several months now, and I have found their process to be affective in helping fill in the areas of math that children have fallen behind in or are having trouble with comprehension. They are always helpful, understanding and quick to offer assistance.
My daughter was struggling with 4th-grade math. I found Mathnasium after extensive research and decided to get in contact with them. I signed my daughter up immediately and right away after the 3rd session, she begin to show interest and enjoyment in math. Her math begin to improve at school immediately and it was very satisfying watching my daughter work through her math problems at home without any struggle or lack of interest in the subject. I will definitely be returning to Mathnasium if my daughter ever feels math is becoming overwhelmingly hard for her in the future.
My daughter loves this place and the people involved. If she could come everyday she would. She’s had so much improvement with the help they’ve provided. Highly recommended!

I was reluctant because my family already has a busy schedule and money is tight. But it truly helped my son’s confidence in math and just his overall learning!
Easy to get started. The online tutor didn't just teach AT him, but moved at my sons pace. He did encourage growth by approaching problem rules from more than 1 angle, like the school does, which just had the proverbial bulb come on.
No parent wants to have to get their child a tutor. However once we accepted that he needed more help than the teacher or internet could provide we took the tutor step.
I spent 3 weeks parusing 8 services, 3 local tutors, as well as trying to get the school involved more as my son hit a wall with AP Calc. After a extensive and...over necessary amount of digging, I opted for Mathmasium. He's gone from an F to a C+( you can only badger them for so much makeup work) and if they end up doing finals in Walker Co, I think he could pull it to a B. I will use mathmasiim again if he ventures into Calc2 in the spring .

Mathnasium was a blessing to have come across and gotten our child in. The staff and tutors are top notch and were very informative and helpful. My child had tried other tutors in the area and they just couldn't keep her focus or help her where it needed to be helped. Mathnasium came to the rescue! Thank you to the wonderful tutors who make learning fun again.

Our two young teens actually enjoy Mathanasium and do not resist going to lessons. They think Alex is chill. We have seen the improvements and confidence it gives them!

Our daughter attended Mathnasium due to a lack of confidence and some gaps in skills. She hated math. We had tears almost every night doing math homework. After attending for 6 months she has an increased confidence and many gaps in skills have been filled. We had NO TEARS and no complaining about math when she was attending Mathnasium. She also tested into Honors geometry for her Freshman year of high school. She still won’t say she loves math, but she often left Mathnasium with a smile and was eager to share her “mind blowing” moments. She often said she wished she had been taught some of the “tricks of the trade” sooner.
Alex was flexible in creating a program that suited our unique situation which I greatly appreciated. My kids enjoyed their time there, because math was fun at Mathnasium. We'll be back!

We have been so happy with our time at Mathnasium! Our daughter’s confidence has grown tremendously and our son’s grades reflect the practice and learning he does in the center. He is very proud of his math work in school! Mathnasium is a fun environment and a great supplemental activity to increase confidence in the subject and themselves.
