She started tutoring when this school year began and now she’s asking to go on her own. She’s even made honor roll this six week including her pre-algebra class. Last year, I was concerned about my son's math skills since he is in middle school. So, when he finished fifth grade, my husband and I enrolled him in Mathnasium. To date, he has been in Mathnasium for a year, and his grades in math have increased. I am extremely pleased with what Miss Gabriel and her team are doing and highly recommend Mathnasium!

I was apprehensive at first because my son in on the autism spectrum. However, the staff gave my son the utmost respect and patience. I truly am appreciative of them. They are working hard to help my son, that's all I ask for.

This place is wonderful! They help the kids in every way they can. I appreciate their kindness and flexibility with me and my kid.
I have seen increased confidence and overall math performance. Staff is knowledgeable and always helpful. The rewards she earns are also an added perk. I haven’t had any qualms and my daughter doesn’t complain or mind attending -in fact she says “it’s very helpful”. So as long as it’s beneficial- we are here!
My daughter was struggling with math her 4th and 5th grade year. She hated the subject and cried almost every single day. We were both frustrated and at our wits end. That's when I reached out to Mathnasium. Ms Tenequa and the tutors are amazing! They were able to teach and reach out to her in a way that I couldn't. Fast forward to now, she absolutely loves math and has turned into her favorite subject. She is so much more confident. She is now in honors math in 7th grade. Mathnasium of Cedar Hill has made an significant impact of the understanding and comprehension of my nieces learning journey. She is becoming more confident in her coursework which has allowed her to more comfortable in class participation. Mathnasium has changed the way my daughter feels about math. Before Mathnasium, my daughter was not very confident in math and hated the idea of having to do math. After attending Mathnasium, my daughter's confidence in math increased substantially. She now enjoys math and looks forward to it. Her latest accomplishment was scoring a 99% on her Algebra STAAR testing which equated to 1 answer wrong. She would not have gotten here without the help of Mathnasium.

Everything was communicated very well. Scheduling was extremely flexible and easy to get in. As much as our kiddo dislikes math, most days he was happy he was able to go to Mathnasium

I was looking for a place to take my 3rd grade son to get help with math. He has been diagnosed with ADHD and he was struggling with focus and understanding which impacted his grades and confidence negatively. I was so sad, frustrated for him because I knew he could do better. Within a week of him attending Mathnasium, I could see the difference. He was so excited to go to tutoring. His teacher came to me and said he had been raising his hand in class and he knows the answers. She said he is now her “Go to” person when she needs someone to give her the right answer. Imagine that!!! He had never done that before. We started in February and just got the year end test results.(May). His test score is at 96th percentile!!!! I cried!!!! Parents if your child is struggling with a learning disability, lack of confidence, or low grades in Math, please send them to Mathnasium. It was the best decision I could have made for him!!!!
