It would be great more in depth review of my child’s progress

I am happy my child in learning and understanding Math in a different way.

My daughter has more fear on mathematics, especially in word problems for Algebra, Simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, etc.

My 4th grader was lacking confidence with math. He would cry of frustration after returning to school this year. He was advanced & the pandemic put him behind. He tells me he now participates in class & is getting better scores on his math tests. I see how much progress he’s made while he’s completing his homework. He also gets help with his homework if he learns something new in class & cannot comprehend how to complete it. I will continue sending my child here during summer & would recommend this facility to anyone who needs some math help. Mister Charles and his staff are a great team & deliver with what the goals are.

My son worked had private lessons with Charles to help prepare him for an exam. Charles was a pleasure to work with and my son was engaged. My son ended up doing very well on the exam and it was worth every penny. We would recommend Mathnasium to any one of our friends and plan on continuing to work with them.

The owner is passionate about math and helped me pinpoint my sons weaknesses and he developed a plan to help him. It helped me understand my sons struggles and what’s needed at home as well. It’s nice having someone dedicated to your child that you can talk to. And my son seems to enjoy going there which is a bit of a shock!

So far my children are enjoying the weekly meetings with your staff. I feel that they are working on appropriate material and am hoping to see them make some nice gains in the coming months.

The Mathnasium program started with a comprehensive evaluation of my child's current level of achievement, and developed a plan specific to his needs. The staff are engaging, supportive and knowledgeable.

We started the program a little over a month ago, and recently received a progress report, which is particularly helpful. Highly recommend for anyone seeking to improve their child's math skills.

I am so excited that my daughter is learning and actually coming home to let me know what she has learned. She is struggling some in math and well I for one can not teach her the concepts that she needs and here in Mathnasium she can get that one on one that I cannot give her.

It has just been a month now that my daughter is going to Mathnasuim. While she likes the way you are teaching and the fact that you don't give any homework, we are yet to see a difference in her thinking. It is too early to assess and so I would not comment much.

They are very attentive to your child from the start in efforts to discern where to begin with your child. It is a very well run and organized classroom type environment for kids, set up in such a way that is conducive to study and learning. They keep track of your childs progression and report this back to the parent at intervals. It is a very pleasant and motivating environment that my son enjoys attending each and every time.

The director Charles Fung is receptive to parent feedback and is always trying to improve the center’s work flow for the students. He has quality instructors that are motivating and helpful.

We came in so drained, frustrated, and starting to feel like a failure for we just couldn't get a grip on the first few weeks of the school year. After going to extra help giving up lunches and looking for a tutor we found Mathnasium. After the first week our daughter was happy again, understanding her lessons, feeling on top of the world. The people working here are awesome and believe in her. The teacher wanted her to drop the class to a lower level here they did not, they helped her be the best she could be in math. We are all so happy and she is happy going. Thank you Mathnasium for giving her the gift of math and not giving up on her like her teacher.

Good place to have customized tutoring based on the kids level. My son was always good at Math and continues to excel, thanks to the attention from the tutors and the course materials.

You should encourage kids to ask more questions. They should feel unthreatened and unembarrassed to ask as many questions as possible without being shown signs of exasperation. I could be wrong,, but most of the kids appear to sit quietly and do their work without interacting too much with their teachers.
I would have given a 10 if I had seen this interaction.

My daughter was becoming "math averse". I wanted her to learn to embrace math since she will, like it or not, have to deal with it throughout her school career. After some significant protesting, she agreed to go and in just a few sessions I saw her confidence grow. Now that school is back in session, I have already seen an improvement in her grade and her attitude about the subject is much more positive.

At first my daughter did not want to this at all!!!! After the very first lesson and after every lesson, she thanks me for asking her to try this. She is feeling more confident as the weeks go by. Her grade has slightly increased. She is very comfortable with her private tutor. I wish I had the means to keep this going.
