I am very happy we chose Mathnasium! Gage has only been a few times and already is excited that he will be refreshed when he starts 6th grade and not have “summer brain”! He has learned new techniques to be proficient in Math and is very excited about it! He wants to go to tutoring EVERY DAY!! Unfortunately we do not live close by and it is hard for us to make it daily, but the fact that he WANTS to LEARN and is upset that we can’t go daily, speaks volumes. My son is actually learning how to do the math, not just memorizing material for quiz/test taking. He is enjoying going and it's helping his confidence so he never fusses about coming in for help. As a parent, the best part is not having a set time to be there. With busy schedules & after school activities, this is a huge bonus along with being able to come in as many times as needed. We can't always predict what will be discussed or assigned in school day-to-day. We are very pleased & wish we'd have enrolled sooner!
My son received just what he needed to make himself a lot better in Math. They worked with him until he was at an acceptable level. He brought his grades up by about 15 points in 6 months. This was a huge help and stress reliever for me and our whole family. If he doesn't keep his grades up he will be enrolled again immediately.
