My boys are thriving in math because of Mathnasium. They have been in it for almost 3 years and have so much more confidence in math. My 7th grader has been getting A’s every term on his report card and my 4th grader gets 3’s and 4’s ( Elementary level uses numbers instead of letters ). Ben is so wonderful with all the children and has a great way of explaining everything that just makes sense to the kids. We drive 20-25 minutes twice a week to the center and it’s worth it. They are so comfortable with Ben it’s as though he’s an older brother to them. I remember when my boys first signed up the owner Francine telling me I would see my sacrifices pay off and boy do I ever see it now ! I always tell my kids I am giving them the gift of math and their hard work will pay off. I was always afraid of math growing up because of teachers publicly humiliating me by sending me to the board knowing I had no idea how to solve the problems. I can say my kids are not afraid of math. My 7th grader once told me he wished Ben was his math teacher because he just explains it better and it’s easier to understand him than his teacher. Mathnasium wins easily over Kumon as I had a tour of a center. Even though Kumon is closer to home (literally down the street ) and cheaper I went with Mathnasium and I am so glad!

My son has been with Mathnasium for 5 years, he is currently a junior in highschool and succeeding. He started with poor grades and feeling low about himself, he is know in honors classes and enjoying extra curriculars.
The Center Director, Ben, is amazing and I recommend this center to all of my daughter's friends parents.

My son was struggling so I looked into math tutoring options. Mathnasium blew us away. The staff is very professional and makes learning math fun! They give the kids incentives which for my son, drives him. Fracine is easy to work with and breaks everything down that you need to know. They send reports how your child is doing which I love. They even are extremely accommodating for my sons anxiety. I highly recommend mathnasium and am so glad my son is getting the help he needs.

My daughter has a confident, positive attitude towards math and the classroom. Francine is so supportive and compassionate. She really cares about the center doing its best for the students going there. I found her to be so knowledgeable not only about the deficits in math, but the entire IEP which is ELA based. She knows just the building blocks missing from previous grades and what needs to happen now to strengthen her skills and keep up with current class work. I only wish I had started her her years ago!
Francine is amazing! She is very attentive to students and their needs and responsive to parents. It was a great experience and valuable time spent honing my sons math skills, much needed one on one attention.
