My son really enjoyed going to mathnasium and improving his math. The prospect of getting a prize kept up his motivation. The instructors worked really well with kids, and the program seemed pretty systematic with a baseline and follow up test to assess areas of need and progress.

Mathnasium has really helped my son like math. He was always intimidated and struggled with concepts but the drilling and discussions from Mathnasium have changed his mind and improved his grades tremendously.
The experience itself was fantastic and our son really enjoyed going to Mathnasium. The only challenge it presents is finding another 2-3 hours in our schedule and doing so around the times offered. After school is a really tough time for active kids with busy sports schedules so maybe longer weekend hours + Sundays would be the best opportunity for improvement from my perspective
Our daughter Diya has taken the Mathnasium summer session the past two summers. She has enjoyed it and thrived. She has advanced at math and enjoys the subject. She'll be back next summer! Thank you.

My son attended Mathnasium in Arlington from Nov to August. We ended up moving to Philadelphia or would still be going. Nick and the crew were able to engage a highly active 8 year old!

The improvement with my son Julian was amazing. He just started his first year of high school in August. He is proud to lead partner assignments. And he gets good grades he said he finally understands it! He hated math before. It's still not his favorite but he doesn't dread it and he's getting good grades. This is coming from Indian the school year in 8th grade with an F in math.
I like how it kept our kids engaged (intellectually) in math over the summer. Otherwise, they would not have been challenged. In the past, I've tried to give them worksheets during the summer but since I'm not a math professional, I don't really know what they need to learn or how best to teach them.
If it weren't for the games at the end of the hour and the prizes, it would have been way harder to get our kids to go.
I wished for my daughter, 11, that she could have gotten more punches on her card as quick as her little brother but she was working on harder stuff it took longer. Maybe you could figure out a better system for that to keep them motivated to earn prizes by progressing through their work.

My daughter loves going to Mathnasium. Her interest and passion for math is down to Mathnasium's calm and fun approach. She loves "working" alongside other, often older kids. The Mathnasium approach works well for her. Having conquered the original reason for attending (weak math), she's still keen to go to Mathnasium as an afternoon extra curricular activity. Difficult to believe, but she tells us: "I don't like Mathnasium, I love it".

My daughter used to dislike math but since she started going to Mathnesium, she enjoys working with math a lot. Instructors at Mathnesium in Arlington are very supportive, caring and truly trigger kids struggles with math. At other Mathnesiums in the area, I used to tell my daughter, let me take you to Mathnesium but, at Mathnesium in Arlington , my daughter was the one always very enthusiastic and eager to go. She used to asked me, when are you taking me to Mathnesiym? I want to go! Instructors really want the children to learn and understand math well. They are great. It always feel as if each student has its own instructor. I love Mathnesium in Arlington and if I need it again , that's the place I would choose for my children.

Mathnasium is excellent and I'm most likely to enroll my child again because they have great tutors who encourage the child to learn.
My daughter's Mathnasium experience was fantastic. The Mathnasium curriculum was a great way to get her up-to-speed with 6th grade math (she's in 5th grade, btw). I highly recommend Mathnasium.
It was great for our kid. Unfortunately, they could use your service forever but the pricing is prohibitive on an ongoing basis. I really wish you had a limited membership that was cheaper. Or a drop in rate.
Mathnasium is a wonderful program which gives children confidence, and helps then to excel based on their individual needs.
