Ms. Marlene is a very kind and intelligent owner and mother. She understands the importance of learning math and individually creates programs that have been very effective for my 14 and 15 year-old boys. They enjoy the games that make learning fun. They like the tutors who are patient with them.

Great place to get help for math. The tutors know how to help students and really spend the time teaching them.
My son was struggling in his Math with a D in class at his school. He loves Math but the teacher did not help him or answer his questions when he asked. His teacher would tel him to "google it" instead of helping him. We went to Mathnasium and they really helped him understand the concepts and gain confidence. He finished the year with an A- in Math. We are so grateful to all the teachers at Mathansium for helping him improve in his Math grade.
The staff is kind and knowledgeable and hours are flexible. My kids have learned a lot and mastered difficult concepts.

Great staff are very knowledgeable! Marlene is wonderful and always has taken her time to explain any questions or concerns that I have had in the past. My son has been going to this location since last June 2022 and it was his idea to continue going until now. He finds it very helpful throughout the year, especially when he has to prep for exams and quizzes.
My son had a D in Math and now has an A-. We are so happy!

My two kiddos love learning at Mathnasium. All of the tutors there are professional, yet always warm and welcoming. My kids have their favorite tutor to seat with to learn.
After completing tasks and earning points, kiddos are offered to pick prizes with their earned points which is a fun motivator!
Marlene, the owner, is just all around wonderful. She is great with kids and also is very friendly and understanding.
We've done more than half a year and are continuing. We are very happy with the progress and are proud when we see the confidence in our kids of their knowledge.
The most important thing to me is that our son loves to go there. It is a safe, welcoming place that is helping rebuild his confidence in his ability to do math. We have only had a few sessions so we haven’t yet seen the difference in his understanding but he says it is helping in that area too. The only negative he has experienced so far is a single tutor who seemed rushed and more or less did the answer for him when he was struggling instead of showing him how. But we are very pleased and would highly recommend it.

Maureen is great. Always a pleasure. The mentors are extremely helpful to my 2 children and I've seen their grades improve in only a matter of weeks. Clean location that's easy to access. My kids agree that it has been extremely helpful in understanding hard math concepts.

My daughter LoVES Mathnasium. She started as a kindergartener and still enjoys it today as a 7th grader. Here is why:
1. The peaceful environment. The Tustin location is a quiet, relaxing place to work. She says she "likes the vibe."
2. The helpful instructors. When she has a question, she knows the staff will be able to answer her questions.
3. The awesome prizes. Marlene is the MASTER of incentives! Kids get 1 punch on their card for every page of math they do. Then, they can trade completed punch cards in for prizes. My daughter will gladly do 150 pages of algebra to earn a jumbo Squishmallow or other toy from the prize bank. Kudos to Marlene for finding just the right prizes to motivate the kiddos!
4. The math mastery. My daughter has algebra tests every Friday. She loves to go to Mathnasium on Thursday afternoon and practice for the test. It really gives her confidence and helps her feel prepared.
She is already planning to take geometry this summer and I have no doubt that Mathnasium will be a part of her weekly routine then and for years to come!
We love everything about our mathnasium. The staff are knowledgable and the management is understanding and flexible to the students needs.
I love how they have identified the gaps and focus on building a strong foundation my daughter needs in order to feel confident in the classroom.

My sister had a good time at Mathnasium. The prizes is a great incentive to get through more math at a faster pace and to really focus.
