After a few months seeing my son learning at Mathnasium twice a week, I can say that Mathnasiun of Davis (MOD) is a great place to train our kids in many academic areas and at many levels. Communication skills, etiquette, problem solving, and of course, math are all included. The interactions are transparent, wide open in the public, making it safe and effective. The interactions are versatile, as your kid(s) can work with different instructors every time. And interactions are not isolated, as they are compared with many groups at any moment. Mathnasium offers a great team work environment for the corporate, management, instructors, students, and parents to collectively work on the education of our kids. I great concept, and great execution as well. Keep up the great work, MOD.
Flexible times during the week, kids work at their customized pace and skill
The staff are very friendly and helpful. We just started so hope to see some improvement on math scores on the fall report card.
Staff is very personable and makes math fun for the kids. My children got behind in math due to school teachers’ styles not jiving, but these staff members go out of their way to learn how each kid learns.

Great instructors and individualized plans
The tutors Genuinely like the students and their job. We love the report cards and daily comments. The teaching techniques are unique.
One of the best features is to have my kid interacting with many instructors who are trained to teach math. Another nice feature is to have someone who really cares about making my kid’s learning math more productive and fun. This versatile and consistent combination makes Mathenasium different from school learning.
My daughter is always excited to go to Mathnasium, and I love that they keep challenging her to improve her math skills while making it fun!

Attentive and helpful staff. Some better than others or at different levels of experience. Great to have a variety to work with different kids . Appreciate their willingness to incorporate help with school curriculum as well as their own curriculum
The center's focus on individualized learning plans has made a significant difference in my child's progress. The flexible scheduling made it easy to find tutoring sessions that fit our busy schedule. The tutors are knowledgeable and passionate about their subjects, making the learning experience engaging and enjoyable.
We have had a great experience at Mathnasium! Zae was incredible during the evaluation with our daughter. He explained everything to all of us and helped her to be comfortable while she worked on the various math assessment components. Once the assessment was complete they came up with a plan that was specific to her needs.
The program is engaging with appropriate challenges, while also allowing for success and fun. She enjoys going and feels proud of her progress. She did not like math before this experience. She has been attending for about a month and now says that she likes math. That's a big WIN!
I've already referred a friend! My friend lives near the Lafayette location and her 7th grader is having trouble with math. I told her about my child's very positive experience with Mathnasium. Since my child began attending Mathnasium, she has gained confidence and her anxiety has subsided. She has had a positive experience with all of the tutors she has encountered and always leaves her Mathnasium session feeling better than when she walked in. So grateful to have found this place, and in particular the Davis location, which is the one we can speak to.

Our son has been receiving Mathnasium of Davis tutoring for over four years. The diagnostic test identifies the areas where he needs improvement - this is a highly efficient approach to making the most out of math tutoring. The tutors are knowledgeable and friendly and have guided our son in finding the answers to problems, but most importantly he learns the knowledge and skills necessary to master the subject matter. My family appreciates the attention to detail in their teaching methods, and the patience the Mathnasium tutors have exhibited over the years.
