My son is understanding more math. Mathnasium has been a huge help and he never complains about going.
Mathnasium is a great way to fill the gap that can exist for students in a classroom where teachers are teaching to varied levels of understanding/skill. My daughter goes 3 x per week - which is a commitment on her part and ours but it has really paid off. In 16 months, she has almost caught up to grade level after being 2.5 grades behind in her foundational skills. It is never a battle to get her to go - the instructors are good and fun and the social atmosphere (or appearance thereof) offsets the work requirements. The incentives vary and work to motivate!
Math homework rarely if ever comes to tears - which was the norm prior to beginning Mathnasium. Worth the investment!
My son was two years behind in Math, now he is totally caught up and does well on his math tests. He is not frustrated and understands new concepts being introduced. He is overall much more confident.
My child loves the instructors and the reward system is very motivating.
Mathnasium made such a difference in my child’s confidence. She no longer dreads math class and I’m so relieved I found a place she wants to go and work on improving her math. The instructors are fantastic and the rewards motivating. Thank you!

it's great, my only complaint is the rewards; my child is reactive to sugar and your reward center is kind of open season for the kids... I'm constantly picking her up and finding her getting junk instead of our agreed "stuff". otherwise you are doing a great job, thank you so very much!

I appreciate the detailed outline of study that has been laid out for my son. With the regular updates of his progress, I can see what he is accomplishing and what needs to be tackled next in way of his math study.
As for my son, he feels good about having a plan to work with and likes the progress he is making.
My son loves going to Mathnasium and continues to grow his knowledge there. I would recommend to anyone.

Mathnasium was great. My daughter was getting behind in math and unable to complete her school assignments. Now, after her time at Mathnasium I’m happy to report that she got a B in math for seventh grade which is amazing. Thanks.

Just signed my son up for Mathnasium so that he can have a solid foundation in Math. I love Mathnasium. Now both my kids are learning. Staff is great!!
The improvements that I have seen in my child are amazing.
* Her self confidence has risen.
* She is happy about school again.
* Her scores in her math class have risen and she is out performing her classmates on her test
scores which makes life for all of us better.
* She is learning the math that she either missed in the past or just did not understand.
* I love the reward system that Mila has set up for the students.
* Her tutors are all very patience and very qualified in what they do, and in the ways they teach
the children.
* As a parent(s) we are always looking for ways to make it easier and better for our children. This
is helping in that process. I know this will help to prepare her for the University System, by
helping her with her ACT Scores.
* From my stand point it is worth every penny we spent and the extra time to take her there

My daughter loves the instructors at the Cottonwood Heights mathnasium location. Everyone there is fantastic. I really appreciate the time and instruction they get my daughter to help her understand math.
First off I believe Mathnasium is helping my son in math. Where the public school system has failed my son Mathnasium is picking up the pieces. We have tried so many different methods to try and help him. I am here to say Mathnasium is the only one that he doesn't complain about going to. He works hard and gets plenty of rewards for doing so, which causes him to enjoy his time there. The only reason why I gave Mathnasium a 9 instead of a 10 for a score is because they are so expensive. This does not take away from the fact that I believe they are helping my son. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a child struggling in math.
We love the program and the people, but the cost is pretty high.
We have tried multiple tutoring avenues and found their targeted methodology to be the best for our daughter. Thank you!

Mathnasium has been amazing for Aly. She started as a freshman in high school with huge gaps in her math skills. She was able to excel and move from basic math as a freshman to honors classes as a sophomore in high school. The confidence boost from excelling in Math lead to Aly deciding to conquer both her junior and senior year of high school at the same time. Aly moved to the ACT focused classes and was able to take her ACT test in December and scored really high. Remember two years ago she was failing math and now she's graduating a year early and has been accepted into the University of Utah. She will begin college this fall. I can't say enough about how wonderful this program has been at the location she attends. Thank you
