My son loves Mathnasium! Although homework is not the major component, make sure the students finish the homework and it is checked over since my son does not speak up to say which problems he did not understand... on that note I don't understand the homework and have to do research in order to try to help him when I don't notice it was not checked over or finished.
Our grandson has greatly improved.
My daughter has only been there about a month, but the flexibility in being able to come to Mathnasium at any time during business hours has been a great help as we can easily work it around other commitments. We are also able to come more if she needs extra help, again a big plus in our book!
My son loves Mathnasium. He likes that there are different instructors to show you different approaches to problems. So with the different variations, the finding of the solution, something always sticks. Also, the instructors never let him leave until he fully understands the problem.
We love the way Mrs. Lyn works with you and explains items to you. The staff is always friendly and my son loves to come.
