The concept is great. The tutors help kids to understand and apply math (based on the intake assessment) and also help with math homework - which is a great help.
The initial process - learning how to schedule, how to do the check-i, and what to expect was a little Shakey (which is why we scored 9 rather than 10/10), but once you are familiar with the processes it is a really good experience.
