My child has become much more confident in math
My daughter has been going for over a month and after a whole year or frustration with math she seems to be happier. She is beginning to understand algebra and she is not so stressed as she was through the school year.

The teacher has been really excellent in creating lessons that are thoughtfully paced and very engaging. Very organized and carefully planned. We love the teacher!
My daughter has only recently started the program but Mathnasium has already increased her confidence and has given her a more solid understanding of math. She is in an accelerated program but she was previously not retaining the information to support her math growth in a "fast" moving environment. Mathnasium has not only allowed her to follow these fast paced math classes more easily, but she is now helping her peers, who were more "naturally" talented math students.
Very good tutors with a very informal atmosphere which makes learning very comfortable easy to make appointments and schedule children’s lessons I would highly recommend Mathnasium

I love the staff and the approach of Mathnasium of Scarsdale. My daughter has shown significant improvement since starting. She enjoys coming to class ao much that she doesn’t want to leave. The program works! I wish I started earlier. I’m so grateful for the help they have given her in understanding and loving math.

My 10 year old was very reluctant to attend Mathnasium. After his assessment, he was hooked! Their incentive system has motivated him to do as much math as possible while he is there. And it has boosted his self esteem.

Gerard had started off the year very frustrated and confused with 11th grade trig. His average on midterm report showed 62. We just recieved his quater report card and Gerard's average is a 92. His teacher commented on his report card stating: "You have one of the highest grades in the class". Thanks to Mathnasium and there staff of of excellent teachers, my son is dong great in math and has more confidence.

My daughter loved coming to Mathnasium ... all staff was super friendly and helpful... it was very helpful to her .. she is going to second grade.
I think the kids are having fun, even though they tend to roll their eyes at me on the days I tell them they're going to mathnasium. They always come out at the end of the session energetic--you can see that their brains have been stimulated. It's sort of like making them eat vegetables, but the vegetables that they like... they would always rather NOT eat them at all, but when they do, they're fine, and their bodies are healthier, so someday they'll thank me. And, in the short term I think they'll realize when they get back to school that they don't have that scary first month of school where they "don't get it" and feel like they're struggling. They'll start the year off strong and that will make them feel confident, which will translate into better grades all year long.
