The Crystal Lake Mathnasium has been nothing short of a game changer for my son who is a sophomore currently taking Algebra 2 Trig. He was really struggling to keep up during second semester and his anxiety level was very high. Its been less than a month and his last two tests have been a B plus and an A plus and the anxiety is gone. He attends four days a week to do homework and ACT prep and its never a struggle to have him attend because he knows that he can get the help that he needs, understand the work, and complete it much more quickly than being in his room, struggling to try to find similar problems online and teach himself. I can't say enough about Joanna and her wonderful staff!

We were at our wits end trying to help our high school senior make it through math. Mathnasium showed my son what concepts from past classes that he still needed to master as well as making it through the class he is taking now. We have a plan! The confidence he is gaining in math is spilling over to his other subjects.
Kailie is excited to come to Mathnasium,she is doing better with her class work already and has more confidence about her abilities!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Johana is always quick to reply to any inquiries and very easy to deal with. My kids really enjoy the tutoring and they find the material and the tutor very helpful.
My son heads out to do "school work" during the summer without complaint and can't wait to tell me about what he's worked on when he gets home.
