When the pandemic began and our children moved to remote school, I quickly signed them up for Mathnasium. Mathnasium's leaders - Jim and Sarah - have been instrumental in keeping our kids (11 and 8 years old) on track with their math skills. They are highly responsive to emails and phone calls, they provide regular updates on the kids' progress, and are proactive in reaching out if there are any issues with scheduling, etc. The Mathnasium sessions are interactive and personalized - the teachers work excellently in a one-on-one experience, ensuring the kids understand concepts before moving on to the next session. I listen in regularly to the kids' sessions - they are laughing, having a great time, and learning all at once. As a parent, I appreciate Mathnasium and its services. My son continues to be at the top of his class in math, and I know this is because of his time at Mathnasium. But more importantly - he loves math now and even stated that he might wish to major in math someday!
We are so pleased with our Mathnasium experience. Our child loved math and wanted more of a challenge than school could provide, so we turned to Mathnasium where they built a foundation and skills that they use every day. The tutors are excellent and engage our child in a great learning experience.

My 11 year old twins have been enrolled in Mathnasium for almost four years now. They love the program, the teachers and their overall experience. The staff is amazing and always attentive and responsive. The consistencing in the math program and the ability to access support in school assignments has built confidence and enthisiasm for my twins.
That said, the most ringing endorsemnt I can give to Jim and the fine teachers at Mathnasium comes from my oldest daughter's experience. In high school we pressed to see her in Honors Algerbra 2. The math department at our school cautioned that she would not be able to keep up and even went so far as to suggest that, based on her MCAS scores, she was at a remedial math level. My daughter did take the horors math class and, she went to Mathnasiusm. At the end of the school year her teacher said she was the hardest working student in the class. She went on to the Isenberg School of Business at UMASS Amherst and Graduated in the Honors College. At UMASS, she took math classes every year because, "I like the way math makes my brain feel". Without the support of her teachers at Mathnasiusm, her confidence in her ability to succeed in any given math class would never have come to fruition.

My son has been taking Mathnasium Zoom sessions since March, 2020. The tutors are fantastic and have been extremely helpful during this challenging time. He's currently taking pre-calc tutoring to prepare for school in the Fall. Highly recommend reaching out to them! We're still taking Zoom sessions but I know their Center is open for business, too.

My daughter Cailyn got an A+ as her final grade in honor's geometry. My middle schooler no longer struggles with math and was an A student last year. I just signed up my soon to be 3rd grader for the summer and he is enjoying attending.

Everyone is always able to provide excellent explanation for problem solving and concepts. There is a professionalism that each tutor demonstrates and still find a way to engage in an encouraging way.
Well run and organized - Sarah and Jim are great.
My son does not like the online experience as much - the program is not so user friendly and he has been frustrated with the program. I hope the classes with his favorite teachers can resume in person soon!

My son has had a fantastic experience with Mathnasium. When we had to quarantine due to Covid-19, Mathnasium quickly turned to online learning without missing a beat.
I really enjoy that they focus on individual aspects and It’s very one on one. She learns a great deal and has boosted confidence when she leaves her sessions.
