Our experience with mathnasium was great. My daughter was really struggling in math with a D+ average and by the end of the year brought it up to at least a B+ in the span of 4 months working with mathnasium! They are really understanding and work with you on homework and even during tests they help you study for it more. Overall, I really love this place and am putting my daughter back in as soon as school starts again.

My Daughter Esther and Son Emanuel both attend Mathnasium during school breaks throughout the year. We live in Mexico where there is very few services like Mathnasium available and certainly not in our small city.
Esther is 11 years old and in the ninth grade. She has won math competitions against children in their last year of school. Esther even competed when in the sixth grade in a high school competition that she won. Her last time at Mathnasium she was studying Physics. Esther carries a 10.0 grade in Math/Science at her school.
Emanuel who just turned 10 years old is first in his class in math. Like Esther his time spent at Mathnasium, even though only 3 or five times a year for short periods of time have been very helpful.
I recommend Mathnasium to any family to help their children in Math, Physics and such. Mathnasium has supported the learning foundation of my children.

Both my kids (ages 9 and 5) enjoyed and made the most of their two hours per week at Mathnasium. The staff were pretty amazing. Everyone was patient, friendly, and always positive. Unfortunately due to our long commute we couldn’t sustain this for more than a month but still I feel that my kids benefited a great deal. They learned to focus on math for a full hour at a time—something I hadn’t seen at home before.

Everyone was great- especially Dan in west hartford. Kids loved every time- challenging and entertaining all in one. I would recommend this whether your kids love math and just want to be challenged or whether they need some extra coaching. They will love Mathnasium!!
