The atmosphere is very conducive to learning. It's very relaxed but not stuff-shirt. The kids are encouraged to ask questions, while at the same time, there's plenty of independent work as well.
The teachers and the director are very friendly. They greet you by name each time you walk in. And it's very apparent that they are experts in math.
Their process and methods are pretty solid. What I was especially appreciate is that they provide time to ask questions about homework or to come in a day before a test and prepare.
My child feels comfortable to ask questions, but is also challenged when learning new material. She also likes the Mastery Challenge, which enables her to keep doing it until it's all correct.

My daughter is doing better in math and enjoys the staff and time she spends at mathnasium. So far it seems to be helping her.
The staff at Mathnasium are excellent! They take a deep interest in each individual child and are very supportive and encouraging!
I am very pleased with Mathnasium. Not only is my child excelling in her current math class but she is filling the holes in her foundation from other math classes. My daughter was in a highly gifted program in Jr. High. They pushed her through many rigorous classes. I don't believe she was developmentally ready for some of the classes she went through. It turns out that even though she is a great student and bright the highly gifted programs left many holes in her foundation. Mathnasium does not just tutor they fix the parts that the school system failed to teach. Therefore my daughter will do better overall and in the future. She also seems to enjoy going and earning the incentives. As an educator myself I believe it is hard to find a good teacher for math that makes it come alive for the kids. I fell Mathnasium is doing that for my daughter.
Your staff is amazing. I wish you could accommodate longer hours but this has been a great experience for my daughter.
The staff is very communicative, professional, and friendly! I get check ins almost weekly about my son's progress, what his needs are, and how the staff at Mathnasium can better assist him. I'm very satisfied with the service we receive.
