It's a safe, playful environment for my dog. We love that someone supervises the dogs at all times. The staff are wonderful!

Dogtopia is great! All the staff are very friendly and polite, they just make me feel very comfortable leaving Cooper with them while I am at work. Cooper comes home happy and tired and that's very important to me. He is happy when I drop him off and happy when I pick him up.

Convenient

Family atmosphere.

Curb side service is great ! No one else does that. The pups get to play with each other with supervision so they don’t sit in a cage all day. The employees are friendly and you can tell they love the dogs. My dog gets so excited when we pull in the parking lot. He loves it !

We LOVE the staff at Dogtopia AH! As well as the reliability, cleanliness, and safety that they provide! It is literally the only place our dog gets excited about going! She can’t wait to go….and is always happy coming back out! The staff are experts on dogs, so they are great at any little issues that could pop up (with doggie personalities!) and they pay attention to my dog when she’s seeking it! We can say enough about this place! Always a great experience!!!!

Easy to use website, friendly staff and my dog seems to enjoy his time there when I check the webcam.

The staff is so friendly, knows our pup by name, and the facilities are SO CLEAN. My pup never comes home stinky or gross, but always happy and smelling like baby powder, haha.

The facility is immaculate.
The fact that my dogs tail starts wiggling the minute we make the turn makes me believe he loves it there and they love him!
He always smells good even when he’s there overnight.
I can watch him on video cam during play hours.
He gets a lot of exercise- comes home exhausted.
I NEVER worry about him being safe.

Our pets are always taken great care of and the staff is fantastic.

I love how the owners and staff take the time to get to know the pets and pet parents. I’ve never had a problem getting an overnight stay for my dog even when it’s last minute on a holiday. Finally, I particularly like the cameras that allow me to watch what I think is my dog as she is a black lab and tons of black labs play there. I tell everyone I meet how great it is there.

I love so many things about dogtopia. The owners are awesome. They have high regards for the dogs as well as their employees. They have rules that benefit the dogs by making sure they are vaccinated and ensuring they have routines as well as lots of playtime and socialization with other pups. My favorite is being able to watch my pup via live camera/video. It makes me happy to know he’s having a fun day while I am busy at home.

The curb side pick up and drop off, the off leash play rooms, the play pattern and behavioral assessment, and the no fleas allowed for all dogs.

Consistency in excellent customer service, always friendly, kind and accommodating. Very quick to responds to emails and inquiries. Always supportive and welcoming to my pup! Best place in Anaheim Hills for dogs! The live video feed is always a fun addition to look at

I like how responsive the Owners always are to my questions and/or concerns. I also appreciate that Kona plays like she does because she gets all the exercise she needs and then some. She is obviously happy to be part of the Dogtopia Family because she is always anxious to exit our car to go inside and play with all of the other friendly dogs.

We love the way Bo is treated and cared for at Dogtopia. We check in on him during the day by looking at the doggie cameras, and the dogs are playing together and having fun.

Clean, responsible, kind staff, my dogs almost jump out of my car window to get out when we arrive. The water feature is a huge plus for my golden retriever. Prices reasonable.
