The professionalism, knowledge and importance of keeping to policies.
Appointments for dog grooming or services is always on time and my dogs are happy and well cared for.
In then past, staff is honest with me about when my dog needed some ‘time out’ and was taken from open play to kennel. The staff was truthful with me for the best interest of my older dog and safety of other dogs at play. I appreciate the honesty. As owner of an older dog, they could have taken my money and kenneled my dog, but their honestly and love for my dogs’ best interest is commendable. It’s all about trust and I have complete trust with this team. I have several friends who have used Dogtopia AH for years and we feel our dogs are loved and have a safe and healthy place to play and overnight stay.

I love that my dog loves to go there. It’s like a second home to her. I would recommend them to anyone looking for day care or Boarding. The fact that they can be inside or outside and play in the water makes them unique.

There is good communication with staff, my dog enjoys her time there, it’s easy to drop off and pick up.

We love the drop off and pick up system. Also so cool we can watch our puppy on video. It is a fun way to get our Covid dog socialized.

What can I say about Dogtopia? It's just ideal. The facility is great, the people are wonderful, and my dog is safe while having a good time. All at a reasonable price. Totally happy.

I love Dogtopia for so many reasons. It’s family owned by a lovely couple and their daughter. The dogs are all vaccinated even against the flu, I am able to see my dog as he interacts with the other dogs from home (this is my favorite feature). They have a routine for the dogs with play time and rest times. I also like it when they have themed/celebration days for the pups and dress them up for a photo shoot. My dog loves dressing up because he knows there’s treats involved, well at least at our house.

I love that Millie is always so excited when she pulls into the parking lot at Dogtopia. She also loves the girls that come out to get her. They are so sweet.

Friendly staff and cameras. Flexible hours. Plus our dog Rocket loves it so much every time he sees the Dogtopia sign and we turn into the parking lot, he can't wait to jump out!

We love the facility, how amazing everyone who works there is, and how safe and fun Dogtopia is. Our pup Aspen has such a blast with all her buds and gets excited whenever we say “Wanna go to Daycare?!”

Our dogs love it when we take them there either for the day or for longer with boarding. The owners and staff are awesome and very friendly.

My dog is always r cited to go in. She is fresh smelling when i pick her up. They are diligent about required vaccines. Cameras are great quality able to see her easily. Rest time mid day perfect.
They handled an employee issue quickly and did not hide it. Always friendly and courteous.

The people who work there are always friendly to the families when they arrive to drop off or pick up their dogs.
The carloading service is prompt and efficient with extra care taken when tethering dogs without asking.

We like that our pup is always happy to go there to play. He comes home happy and tired. We also appreciate that all pets' vaccinations are looked at so we feel safe that our dog won't catch any illnesses as all dogs need to be current on vaccines.

Friendly, know the dogs by name. Dogs are always happy at drop off and return. Love peeking in on the webcams!

The key is that my dog enjoys Dogtopia. The has stay there many times as we have used them from their early beginnings. Our dog, a Lab likes the water feature and does spend the majority of his time wet.
