NOTE: Feedback for your feedback, the dropdown for selecting a location is not very helpful when the receipt doesn't use the same terminology (ie. Sport Clips - Westmount is not on my receipt, instead it says ON103). You are likely to get a lot of people not getting past this very first question and not filling out your simple 1 question survey.

Pam was a true professional: courteous, friendly, a very light touch, end promoted you well in this campaign. my cut was excellent:excactly want I wanted plus a bit that only a talented stylist could pull-off. everything else in the salon was great.the one exception is the shampoo station: your chairs there need to be larger, more supportive, reclining and so forth. I recommend you to my friends.
