The app process was very smooth, especially since they just reopened i got in right away, staff were beyond nice and their establishment was very clean. they went above and beyond for public safety. my haircutt was the best i ever had. i did not get the ladies name but she had a yellow pony tail. she was very kind and beyond professional.
