I brought my son in for a pre-picture day haircut and he was not happy about it. However once we got there, he was paired up with Becca (unsure about spelling) and she turned him right around. She engaged with him and got him talking about his interests. He had a great time, and got a great cut too. As we left he told me that he definitely wants her to cut his hair again next time. Thanks for being awesome.

Ease of online booking. The fact that everyone knows my haircut. The MVP is a little bit of a spa experience that appeals to me as a guy. The stylists are generally a cut (get it?) above other chains. The place is always clean. Overall, this is the model that mass haircutting should be using - it is incredibly easy and meets all of my needs.
