The only peeve I have with SC is that when you do get someone you like they end up not being there for long for whatever reason-quit-moved on- I like consistency-not having someone new cut my hair every time I come in.
The ability to go online and see how busy the store is at any particular time. Makes planning a real possibility. The store I frequent is clean and my stylist Linde at the lake Elsinore shop is super.
