This closing was 5 years in the making. I met with Troy on my agents referral to assess my home buying power. At the time I qualified for FHA. The house I bid rejected FHA loan and the condo I desired did not accept FHA applicants. Troy was non judgmental of my financial state and gave specific counsel on how FICO scores work, what FICO I needed for a conventional condo loan, etc. I took that info seriously and committed to a financial plan. I used the loop app continuously to create calculations and get used to what a loan amount would be. All together, I had the tools, Knowledge and felt I was being supported than judged. This is an important difference. As a single female, who has made many mistakes — it is jarring how many professionals speak with judgmental tones. I appreciated Troy accepted me as I was and guided me to where I want to be.

Amanda is so responsive, evenings and weekends included. That is key for people that work a typical day and can't always respond right away, or while they are at work. In addition, she knows her job better than anyone I know.
