Joe wasn’t the first lender they called but his was the right choice when it came to doing the job efficiently with a high level of knowledge and professionalism. He even was able to lock the rate in time before the rates went back up 1/2 a point. Maria as always was great in processing the loan.

Chris Knoche is very honest and helpful. Even through the very annoying bureaucratic nonsense that everyone has to go through when refinancing or even buying a house. His honesty on what is, and isn't worth going through was pivotal on our buying and refinancing experience.
