Great atmosphere

I feel great after the workout. The sculpt class is a great cardio workout but I leave relaxed like you would from a regular yoga class. I wore my heart rate monitor and I burned just as many calories and kept my heart rate up as I do in a high intensity interval class I have done.

I appreciated the closeness of the teaches. Very helpful, made the experience that much more comfortable. And when your me somewhere that's what it's all about. I felt good.

I love how clean and modern the facilities are. Plus, the staff never fails to help me out when I forget a mat, clothing item, etc. On top of that, these classes are the right kind of challenging and I love how hot the studio gets!

Love the space including the locker room! I've only taken the level 1 class so far but really enjoyed the instruction and music.

I enjoy facilities as well as the variety of products (options) and their friendly staff.

I took Jen's class on Saturday (February 13th). She was an excellent instructor. Her voice is very calming which helped me stay present the entire session. She is a natural and has a great way of explaining postures. I feel that my practice has improved from taking her class. I will definitely be back and would recommend to a friend!
